Versa not tracking heart rate nor sleep

I have had my Versa for 6 months. Suddenly on Tuesday it is no longer tracking my heart rate, the green light is not even on. Also it has stopped tracking my sleep. It still tracks my steps and syncs with my phone. Very frustrating that these are so expensive but not lasting. Cant get anyone on live chat or through the service number right now. Can I return this? Also I live in maine and there is an implied warranty here.

I have also rebooted multiple times and also done the factory reset, nothing works

When I have trouble, beyond the basics, I reboot - hold both the left and
the bottom-right buttons. Hope that works for you.

I also have had no success with the troubleshooting... factory defaults and all. Is there anything else to try? I got it for Christmas so it shouldn’t just stop working all of a sudden.

I am also having this problem.  I fixed it a month ago by doing all the things listed in this thread, and it seems to have stopped again.  The green light on the back has stopped blinking as well.  Help!

I'm having the same problem.   I've done everything suggested, including a factory reset and nothing has worked.  It's so frustrating!

My Versa has stopped tracking HR and therefore sleep, it is still tracking steps but not accurate calories during exercise or active minutes. I have tried all the suggestions in troubleshooting several times but it’s still not working properly. Also the battery is running down much faster suddenly. What should I do now. The versa is less than a year old.

I’m having the same issue with my Versa Lite & I just received it today 😞 I’ve tried all the trouble shooting tips to no avail. 

HELP!

 

No blinking light...Versa Lite only has 1 button on the left side.

 

Not tracking heart rate.

I have a versa and the heart rate monitor has stopped working.  I followed all the possible resolutions listed above but it is still not working. Please advise.

I have reset my Fitbit, shutdown,  I have done everything suggested and still I do not have a Heart rate out a sleep pattern. It is very frustrating

Mine is the exact same issue as Mandy’s, I have done all the trouble shooting suggested, it has been since October 16 2019 that my sleep pattern or my HR has been monitored.

Good luck...I got absolutely no where.  I would up with a 25%off coupon. Good for only specific watches.  I bought the Lite when I originally had the regular.  The watch was just over a year old and fitbit would not even discuss replacing or repairing it.  Their customer service has gone down hill.  My husband just bright an Apple Watch... I  will buy one of those when this fitbit breaks....because sadly...I’m sure it will eventually break.

This happened to me as well, I tried to restart it, nothing helps. This is my second pair already. First just stopped to work after 6 months, so they replaced it in the store where I got them. I'm very, very disappointed with this product! 😞

It seems like this is an issue with the model but they are unwilling to
address it. I purchased the lesser model for the same price and I’m using
it for now. My husband just bought an Apple Watch and that’s my next
purchase- I’ve loved the fitbit community but can’t keep sinking$ in them.

Might be, but this is already my second pair 😞 and today after resetting them, I can not even switch them on ( the battery was fully charged )

Super interesting on the day, that is exactly when mine quit working! I tried everything suggested and customer service was of no help!!!
