So today my versa watch is having problems keeping track of my heart rate and hourly steps even though I'm syncing regularly throughout the day please help.

Hi @Clara1980, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not tracking your heart rate and hourly steps. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article in order to fix the heart rate tracking issue. This article also contains a restart process, which is helpful for the hourly tracking issue. Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
