Versa not tracking heart rate sleep and battery life is horrible.

Anyone else having trouble with versa not tracking heart rate or sleep?  Mine randomly stops tracking heart rate. Didn’t track sleep for a few days. Have reset several times. The battery life is horrible. It barely last 24 hours even with the battery life tips. This is a replacement for the versa that crashed completely. Only about a month old.

Hi, the main problem in your case is that when your HR is not monitored well, your sleep will also not be logged correctly, cause sleep logging needs you resting HR. Combined with the battery problems, I would advice you to contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test. If my post really helped you, see my signature. Thanks.
