Since last Tuesday the heart rate monitor isn't working, sleep isn't being recorded and before that the active minutes weren't logging correctly - I'd go for a walk - it would log anywhere from 10-13 active minutes and then disappear. I have factory reset the watch, re-started the watch, removed the watch and fitbit app then loaded it back on to my phone and nothing is fixed. I am beyond frustrated at this point
