I've noticed today, my Versa is not tracking my heart rate......any ideas?

First of all on your Versa swipe right on the home screen and find and tap on the settings app, then scroll down to heart rate and confirm that it is set to on.

 

If it does say on, the next step will be to try restarting your your device. You can do this by pressing and holding the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs (until you see the fitbit logo). You might want to do this a couple of times.
