My Versa isn't tracking my heart rate. Everything else seem to be working.

Make sure it is correctly positioned on your wrist and do a Restart and do it several times if necessary if it still doesn't show.

@zotleam Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not tracking your heart rate. I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after following the great workaround that shared my friend @SunsetRunner.

Is he mentioned, make sure that your Versa is not being worn too tight. In addition, please take a look and follow the tips that are listed in this help article.

Keep us posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy

I followed the steps to reset the Versa and it started working again. It
took some time to find the explanation that I needed to hold down the left
button and lower right button to get it to reset. Thank you for the help 😊

I just spoke to someone who said that the technical support team are looking into an issue with Versa Heart rate monitors.  Specifically, issues related to heart rate monitors giving inaccurate or no readings at all.  If this is in fact the case can you let me know what the problem is and when it might be fixed.  BTW, I have tried all the fixes offer on line and I'm still having issues with the heart monitor.

Same here...my heart rate monitor quit in the middle of the night last night. No light on the sensor, no reading on the device. I have done all

The so called fixes as well. Restart 6 times in a row, shut down, force stop app, sync and re sync, still blank on the device. Very ddis heartening

I know...this is the second Versa where his has happened to me.  The first one was working fine until about the 11 month mark and was sent a replacement.  This one is only 2 months old.  Worked fine for the first month but now is on the fritz.  Just went for a brisk walk but my heart rate never got above 85 beats per minute?

That 85 number is interesting. I was awake several times last night and

was curious why my heart rate showed , yes, 85. All night every time I looked it was 85. Then this morning it was blank...

I've done all the so called fixes also. Still nothing.

My Fitbit is new and is a Versa 2. It displays heart rate but will not track which is what I want. Have tried the restart but nothing. Have followed the help guide which suggests checking to see if its on. When I follow that, there is no heart rate icon to tap on. So I am at a loss. I am wearing the device properly as per instructions. Have spent much time on this but no dice.

BTW, changing bands is ridiculously hard!!!

I think Fitbit could do s lot better. Not too satisfied!!!!
