Versa not tracking hourly steps or sleep

Watch is fully charged. Have reset it. Have problems every single time the app updates but this time resetting the watch does not help the problem.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Tell me, are you able to see the Hourly steps in your Versa but when syncing, it's not showing correctly in the app? Is your Versa not tracking sleep at all or is it not tracking Sleep Stages? Besided restarting your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, what other troubleshooting steps have you tried?

Yes on my Versa it’s self it’s showing my hourly tracking correctly. The app just isn’t syncing. I’ve tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling. Logging out and relogging in. It is not tracking my sleep at all since this last update. Thanks!

The same thing happened to mine.. did you finally get it fixed?  It stopped showing my active minutes and I didn't mind adding them but sleep is different,!!
