Versa not tracking my 250+ hourly steps

To save phone and Versa battery I am only syncing twice a day - when I wake up and when I go to sleep.

 

I just noticed something strange where I got 0 for number of hours I walked 250+ steps.  I have this remind me all 14 hours.  For four days, Sept 20 through Sept 23 I registered 0 even though I show over 10,000 steps each day for those four days.

 

That has never happened before.  I usually show success for more than half of the hours and almost always hit 10,000 steps.

 

Any ideas why this happened and what I need to do to fix it?

Operator impatience error!  It fixed itself.

Hey @laurebabus, it is great to see you around more often! Sounds good that the Versa is tracking your 250 hourly steps again. If by any reason, this will happen again, try to restart it. Just follow these instructions to do so.
