Please help my versa which I bought I June tracked my bike rides through gps. This has now stopped

Please restart your Fitbit Versa by following these steps.
Whether this doesn't help, you can turn off/on the GPS settings. This feature can be found in the online Dashboard > Settings > Devices > Versa > GPS. Please make sure to sync your watch after making any change to your Fitbit account.
In addition, make sure to follow these instructions to track your GPS activities.

I have tried resetting but it still won't track as it previously did.

@IRG, thanks for your response.
To have a better idea of the issue please provide us with the following information:
- When you start the exercise does your Versa connect to your phone's GPS?
- Do you see any error? You can attach a screen shot.
- Does it record any other GPS activity?
- Are you unable to see the just the map or the whole activity?
