Versa not tracking my heart rate

My Versa stopped tracking HR last night and still isn’t working and I made sure that it was turned on under my settings on my Fitbit and still nothing.

Do a Restart and do it several times if necessary and make certain it is positioned right on your arm.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this heart rate issue by yourself. Please take a look at the Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? help article and follow the instructions provide there.
