Versa not tracking my heart rate.

I havent bad my versa a year. It wont track my heart rate or my sleep schedule. My green LED lights on the back are working either. I have tryed all the trouble shooting mothods and still not working. The time, date, steps and it still syncs correctly. Any ideas on how to fit it? Thanks!

@CM12 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it stopped tracking your heart rate and sleep. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

In order to avoid providing the same information, I would like to know what troubleshooting steps you tried. In the meantime, follow the steps listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
