My versa is not recognizing my activities and yesterday it deleted 37 minutes of activity. I have had to add workouts manually when it is set up to recognize them.
I review my sleep activity and it changes the recalculation of sleep the night before as I am looking at it and keeps changing.
I have restarted my phone, app and versa and it's still happening.
I did have this problem when I purchased it, maybe something needs to be updated, versa or app?

Hey @Robin246, welcome aboard! Thanks for trying some steps to fix these changes on your sleep and activities already tracked. Beside that, I'd like you to try just to log out/log back in to your Fitbit account, then reboot the Bluetooth on your phone and finally restart your Versa again. Then sync it. Wear it for a few days and let me know if it tracks your sleep. Now in regards of your activities, I'd like to know if you are using your Versa to automatically track your runs? Or are you using the SmartTrack feature?
