I can't get versa to track my sleep. Any suggestions? I've tried looser and tighter, no luck, shows 2 hours sleep when I have slept over 8 hours.

Try setting sleep tracking to sensitive. Login to fitbit account at fitbit.com select settings (cog) select versa scan down to sleep tracking and set to sensitive if on normal

Hey @KarenR57 and @Tshoe08, welcome aboard! There are a few scenarios where you might see your sleep pattern (which shows your time asleep, restless, and awake) instead of sleep stages:
Take a look at it and let me know how it goes!

My Versa just stopped tracking sleep. I have re started it a couple of times. Lots of people are complaining about the same problem so it is an issue. You need to replace them. Mine is new I ordered it when it was first announced. I bought it from Fitbit you must have some sort of warranty.

Hey @KarenR57, I hope you are great! Sounds awesome that your Versa is tracking your sleep fine now. I appreciate the update. 😉
@Tshoe08, let's go ahead and try to restart your Versa and let me know how it goes!
@Selsa, welcome aboard my friend! Thanks for restating your Versa. I'd like to know if you already reviewed the factors in the help article: What should I know about sleep stages? Now in regards of Fitbit warranty, this one may vary. Take a look at this link for further information.
Keep me posted guys!

How hard can it be to create an update or at least acknowledge that sleep tracking is having issues? I had my 20$ Fitbit band I got from Marshall’s that worked perfectly and I upgrade to this for the headaches ?

There is a 33 page thread on this in here that they eventually disabled instead of dealing with the issue. See Here..

My verse isn’t tracking my sleep, how do I correct the problem?

I am having the same issue and it started all of a sudden. I've rebooted, tightened, all of it and still shows 1 hour and some minutes but it is not correct.

My Versa stopped tracking sleep several weeks ago and I’ve restarted it twice. It appears as though this issue is effecting a lot of people. Will there be an update?

Hello,
I just switched from the Versa to the Versa Lite.... To say the least, I'm very sad to hear this news about the sleep issues. I rely very heavily on the sleep information due to my sleep apnea issues. The app didn't even allow me to edit my sleep times either places...on the phone.. and now on the laptop. I HOPE that it logs my sleep tonight. Time will tell.... 🙂

I’m having the same issue. Worked great for a couple of weeks. This is the second most important reason I wear a Fitbit after steps. Rebooting now but it sounds like there is a bigger issue. What are you doing to correct this, Fitbit?

i tried everything posted and nothing worked. On a long shot i tried switching to my dominate arm from my non-dominate arm. It worked the first night and every night since. It took some getting "used to" because I have always worn my watch on my non-dominate arm. I hope this suggestion helps.
