I can't get versa to track my sleep. Any suggestions? I've tried looser and tighter, no luck, shows 2 hours sleep when I have slept over 8 hours.

Hi,

Go to page one of this thread and look for "best answer"

I have the opposite problem. My Versa is tracking my sleep when I am not asleep. It thought I was asleep all afternoon today. I was sitting and working on the computer, but I did get up every hour and did my 250 steps as well as get up other times and do various things. This seems to be happening a lot lately. My resting heart rate is up a little and I think it's because it thinks I'm asleep when I'm really awake. I have it set on "normal" not "sensitive" but every time I don't move for a bit, it thinks I'm asleep.

I have a few issues with my Versa and amazed how Fitbit customer services has negatively changed. One of the issues I have they suggested unpairing my device from Bluetooth, turn off my phone and pair it again. Great......except it won't pair with my phone now. Fitbit's 'get out' is that my Android phone is not compatible with the Versa. Really? How come it worked perfectly until recently!?! I will never recommend Fitbit again to a living soul.

My versa lite is not tracking my sleep, no more sleep cycles and now my heart rate is not working... Also on the fitbit app.. All my past sleep cycles have vanished so I can't look back and see everything the only thing it shows is steps and calories... I have had it for six months.

I have had this watch for 6 months, been working fine, then sleep cycle slowly went away and now heart rate.. Are they doing this so you buy the premium package? It's like my 6 months are over for free service

Throw it away and get an Apple Watch. I have had Fibits since they were first invented. The Versa has so many issues. I got fed up. Apple Watch is amazing and I have had no issues. The only problem is the price.

Fitbit have more more bugs than the Amazon jungle so I am inclinded to agree with salsa and runner1143. The only reason I keep mine is the 2 year UK warranty when they break I get a replacement never had one yet to last 2 years.
