Versa not tracking my stats accurately

I have had the versa for less than 3 months.  I began having problems within the first two weeks of use.  I followed suggestions found on the community help; at first they worked but then the data on my watch got increasingly overstated.  I walked 25 steps, recorded 257.  Sat in a chair reading, recorded 700.  Steps shown were more than 2000 over steps on my iPhone.  In addition, my watch was recording floors even though I was walking on flat terrain.   A few days it recorded as many as 12 floors.

Finally emailed customer support and did several tests before a factory reset.  NowI can’t pair with Bluetooth nor find my WiFi.  Steps are still wrong.  Asked for a refund.  Too late, past 45 days.  (It’s actually around 70days). I am throwing it in the trash.  I don’t want a replacement
