Versa not tracking pulse and white hew on side of screen

Okay my versa has stopped tracking my pulse, sleep and active minutes an hour. Also noticed that last 2 weeks the screen has a white hew on the edge of the screen.

Hi, before contacting Customer Support, restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If you contact them without this procedure, this will probably be the first question they will ask.
