My Fitbit Versa doesn't track my sleep correctly. It tracks about 2 hours, when i sleep at least 6 hours.

Great to see you here @JustinLosurdo.

I am sorry to hear that your watch isn't registering your sleep accurately, have you tried to restart it? If you haven't, I recommend restarting your Versa by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Then test your Fitbit. Also, keep in ind that you can always edit your sleep information.

Let me know the outcome. Robot Happy

I've tried resetting it, it does not fix the problem.

Having same problem as ya'll, among several other issues!  Last night's reading said I went to bed after midnight and got 3hrs and 47 mins. What a crock! I went to bed by 9:30p as I get up between 4-4:30am!  Night before it said I got approx 2 hrs.!  This Verda has a LOT of bugs that need fixed!  Don't get me started I n the pairing and syncing issues!! Guess I'm going back to my Flex2 wearing along with my watch I put away 😥
