My versa tracked my sleep in detail until the update - now it is not working, at all. I have contacted support and run through all of their 'scenarios' and the problem is with the software, not my wearing of the device.
Would like some resolution.

@Piv27 I did meet several users on this forum for whom factory reset (or multiple) resolved battery issues. Nevertheless, this shouldn't have happened, obviously. That's why I suggested an escalation. I hope it gets resolved soon.
