For almost a month now, my device hasn't been tracking sleep, calories burned or heart rate. I've done all the trouble shooting I've come across and still nothing, although the senor lights are still on.
I've cycled the heart rate in the device settings, I've attempted to force a firmware download, I've reset the device, and even reset to factory default. Still nothing.
Device version is
32.70.7.14
