Hi
for two days now my sleep insights are not been logged at all. Seems to have just dropped off. No change in how I am wearing the versa and all other apps appear to be working fine. Not sure what do to now - any ideas?

My Fitbit Versa has the same issue, it hasn't synced my sleep for a week now 😞

My Versa that I purchased only 2 weeks ago is no longer logging my sleep. All other items are in sync. What do I do to fix this?

I found that sometimes if I wore my band too tight it didn't record, but I also randomly have this issue too.

Hi I saw on the community how to reset it. Hold the left hand button and the bottom right button down together for about 10 seconds and it resets it. This worked for me. Give it a go. It’s working again now fully. H

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. @Hkghatt, thanks for coming back and let us know your issue has been resolved after restarting your Versa.
At this moment, if you're still having trouble with your Versa not tracking your sleep, please restart it by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This has been proven to be very helpful in this situation.
