Noticed yesterday that Versa said I’d only achieved my hourly 250 steps two of twelve hours. That’s absolutely incorrect as I took a 20+ minutes walk at lunch. This morning, I woke to the app not showing any sleep after several attempts at syncing when I woke up. I tried connecting to WiFi (right next to my router) to update Versa of one was available. I keep getting a message that it can’t connect to the network. None of these things are usually a problem for me, so this is strange. I appreciate your help!

I signed out and back into the app, and now it’s saying I have zero steps for today, when my Versa shows I have nearly 1,000. I’m wondering if this is an issue with the app.

For a week now, my versa won’t sync hourly steps or sleep. I tried to logout & log back in to app and my phone, factory reset versa, reset phone...nothing is working for this problem.
