Versa not tracking sleep or HR

I got a Fitbit Versa just over a week ago and over the last 2 days it has stopped recording my sleep and heart rate. I have tried restarting it, turning it on and off and I have done a factory reset and it’s still not working. I don’t know what to do. I need it to record sleep and HR

If it is not recording Heart Rate it wont record sleep stages.

Try  checking in the settings app on the watch that the heart Rate is still turned on. If it is turn it off and restart your watch then go and turn it back on. If it is still not going turn the watch off for several hours (in the settings app). If it is still not working you will need to contact Support.
