I purchased my Fitbit Versa back in June of 2019. In January 2020 it stopped tracking my sleep and my heart rate completely. I've restarted my device, multiple times, checked and re-checked my device setting (nothing has changed regarding use, settings or activities). I also wear my device on my non-dominant hand at all times. Please help!

Hi @aterrell032313 Have you checked that Heart Rate is still turned on in the Settings app on the Versa? If it IS on turn it off, restart again and then turn it back on. If this doesnt work, contact Support and see if they are able to help you.
