I received a new Versa from your team. It was working perfect but I am starting to notice that the tracking is off. It will add me sleeping for an hour at different time intervals each week. Each week there is one day that says I've only slept for an hour, which is obviously wrong. Then it sporadically loses my heart rate for no reason and will not read it. Today it will not sync with my computer, just having odd issues. Looking for some help, please.

Hi, since this seem to be intermittent issues, I would recommend to reboot your Versa by pressing and holding the lelft and lower right key buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the keys. Sometimes you need to do that more than once

I was having the same problems, but when I restarted it my green lights came back on and it seemed to be tracking my HR again. Thank you for the tip.
