My Fitbit Versa hasn’t been tracking my sleep or heart rate for several days now. I’ve noticed the little green light on the back also isn’t on anymore for whatever reason, so I’m assuming that has something to do with it. How do I fix this?

Hi,Having the same issue, my heart rate monitor isn't working. Had the devise attached for charging all day yesterday, tried to use it this morning, everything else seems to work but the light on the back isn't on and it isn't registering my heart rate.

Hi, in order to log Sleep well, it needs to know your HR. To be sure that your HR is on, go to the settings of your Versa, scroll down to HR and see if it on/off. When it's on an the green light still does not function, try restarting your Versa several times in a row by pressing the left and right lower key buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. When that still does not solve your HR problem, contact Customer Support about it.

Hello @mandaren and @lhodge3958, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. It's great to see you too @SunsetRunner, thanks for all your help.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums an dfo rsharing your experience with us. Please note that your Versa needs to track your heart rate in order to record Sleep Stages. As @SunsetRunner mentioned, please tap on the Settings app on your Versa and check that Heart Rate is on. If it is, restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.
