My Versa is not tracking steps and heart beat. I have tried restarting it but still doesn't work. Both my steps and heart beat are showing 0. This is happening since yesterday. What to do?

@KailashNath, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not tracking steps and heart rate. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps bellow:

  1. On the device, hold all three buttons for about 10 to 12 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears, quickly release the bottom right button, continuing to hold down the left and top right buttons (releasing the bottom right button as soon as the logo disappears is time sensitive).
  3. When the device vibrates, release all buttons.
  4. Wait for approximately 1-2 minutes while the device clears all data. Eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays Fitbit.com/setup.
  5. Set up your watch from scratch

In case the issue persists, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article in order to fix the heart rate issue.

Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if it tracks your heart rate and steps properly.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

HI JuanJo,

I have tried the steps that you have mentioned and made factory reset of my device. I have set it up again from scratch. But the issue persists.

I forgot to mention in the previous post that the led sensor on the back of the watch is not blinking. Can you please let me know if there is anything I can do? How to progress on this issue.
