I’ve had my Versa for just over a year and haven’t had many issues. As of Thursday, it hasn’t been tracking. I noticed it wasn’t tracking my steps, so I did the restart on the watch. That fixed it for that day; but I had to do it again on Friday. It took a couple times before it took, but I got it. I charged it Friday night thinking that reconnecting it to my computer might help the tracking issues; but when I woke up this morning, my versa only had 4%.
the Quick View has also stopped working. Even tapping the face won’t light up my clock.
I've tried changing clock faces, removed the device from my Fitbit, checked for iphone and Fitbit updates, but nothing seems to get my versa to track.
Is anyone else having issues?
