Versa not tracking steps or active minutes

I've had my versa for a couple of years.  These past couple weeks it's started acting up on me.  I just went on a 70 minute walk and it says I've gone 1200 steps and only burned 88 calories as well as no active minutes showing up.  I've been a loyal fitbit user for many years but this crap has to get fixed or I'm switching to something else.

Hi, two things:

1. Are you using a Third Party Clock Face? If yes, change it for a Face developed by Fitbit itself and restart your Versa. If no:

2. Restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. Good luck!!

Number one is not an issue as I have kept the same clock face and I've restarted 8 times and still getting the same problems.
