My versa basically tracks steps when it wants too! And it does not check heart rate anymore, the light is not on on the back. I have tried turning on and off, factory reset, re installing app, even changing the face. Nothing works!! I tried to contact support but it sent me to twitter and no one has responded....any suggestions? This versa was purchased at Christmas, so it’s not old. Thank you!!
