Hi, I performed a factory reset on my Fitbit Versa and since then I have been unable to turn it back on. I have had it charging and have been holding down the buttons to try turn it back on with no luck. I had no problems with the device until now. Thanks for your help

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary. If that doesn't work, contact Customer Support.
