Versa not turning on after a factory reset

My Versa was factory reset from the Versa. Now it won’t turn on. How do I get it back on?

Have you tried performing the restart procedure (here) to see if that brings your Versa alive again?

@speek Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'll be happy to help you with your Fitbit Versa since it stopped turning on after performing a factory reset.

 

I'd just like to know if the issue persists or if your Versa got back to life after restarting it after trying the restart process that shared my friend @N8teGee.

 

In addition, I'd like you to try the steps that are listed in this help article. It also advises to restart your Versa but you can skip it if you already tried it before.
