Hi,

When I tried to charge Versa which was for long period of time not in use it didn't work. Tried to reset by pressing 3 buttons for 20 sec. but it didn't show up.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

Thanks for replying.

In answer to your queries:

Light at back of watch sometimes do flash but not as before.

Problem I am facing now:

  • Battery is not completely getting charged and after removing from charger it won't last for long.
  • Watch is not syncing with mobile even after switching Bluetooth on -off.
  • Watch screan is scrolling very slowly.
  • I re-download fitbit app on mobile and tried to reset pairing it with watch but watch didn't get connected to Bluetooth.

Please Guide.
