I left it on the charger overnight and now it won't turn on. The app says that the battery is medium. I took it off of the charger, tried holding down the left button with the top right button for 10 seconds, then the left button with the bottom right button for 10 seconds, then all three buttons for 12 seconds. Nothing has worked. I've taken it off of the charger, unplugged it, put it back on - nothing. Please help!

I'm having the exact same issue except mine shut off over night. Was working when I went to sleep and haven't been able to turn it on since I woke up. I tried all the same things with 30 seconds on each button hold, plus charging on different chargers, etc. No luck...

Hello @JamieCN and @UNeedZs, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you too @bballjer, thanks for all your help.
@UNeedZs and @JamieCN, thanks for reporting this situation to us and for letting us know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. If you have already tried @bballjer troubleshooting steps and you're still having trouble with your Versa not turning on, please try to restart your Versa once again by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you seea the Fitbit logo on the screen.
Keep in mind that we do not recommend leaving your Versa charging overnight, your watch will be fully charged in 1 to 2 hours, so this is enough time to leave it charging.
I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

My versa quit working this morning. I accidentally left it charging over night and this morning it turned on to my alarm going off. I took it off the charger once my alarm went off and now it won’t turn back on. I tried restarting my phone, the app and tried pressing all 3 buttons and nothing is happening. Is my Versa done for?

This is the first time this issue has happened to me. I did all of the recommended things and it appears to be dead as a doornail. Shutting my phone off, restarting it, holding all three buttons up to 30 seconds...none of it worked. How long are fitbits supposed to last? I've had this one for 2 years and a couple of months.

I have tried all of these and still can’t get it on. Can you provide an illustration of the back button?

I tried this again and held it over 1 min this time and it still did not come on. It is fully charged and went off while I was wearing it for no apparent reason.

I know this is a different subject but is anyone else having problems with the power of the alarm vibrations? I got my Fitbit yesterday evening I set it up and went to bed thinking the alarm on my Fitbit would wake me up on time, it didn’t. I delayed my hole family. Is there any way to make the alarm vibrations stronger?
