My steps, heart rate & my active minutes wouldn’t show up on my watch but they were there on the Fitbit app. As suggested by a lot of users to factory reset, i did that from the settings —> About —> Factory Reset. After that my Fitbit versa would not turn on. Please help. I bought it in October, please help me.

@ashmita51, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on after trying a factory reset.

 

I would like to know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger.

 

In the meantime, try a regular restart. To do so on your device, follow the steps listed in this help article. After this, check out if your watch turns on and shows your stats properly.
