My versa was working perfectly and fully charged when I factory reset it so I could give it to someone else. As soon as I completed the reset, I have not been able to turn it back on at all. I have placed it on the charger, tried the two button and three button restart. I tried deleting the app and removing the versa from my phone, but nothing has worked.

Hi @bethanylips19, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for your post and for trying some steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
Looking forward to your reply.
