I tried live chatting, but have been booted off several times. I’ve had my Versa for a little over a year with no problems. I went swimming in a pool with it on two days ago and it started glitching very badly. Randomly changing screens and trying to start workouts, continuously vibrating when I wasn’t even touching it, screen wouldn’t turn off despite me trying to reset it, etc. I took the Versa off and set it to the side to try, and upon returning home tried to charge it. I got a dimly lit gray screen, and upon taking it off the charger, it won’t turn on and is completely black. I’m just trying to figure out what the heck happened for it to glitch so badly then die. Is there even a way to reset it, or should I just inquire about a new one? 😞
