The heart rate on my Versa stopped working so I’ve checked it was switched on which it was (turned it off and on again a few times). I then reset my device a few times and it still wasn’t working.
As a last resort I have now tried a factory reset but my device won’t restart at all (it was fully charged before I attempted this). I’ve tried holding all 3 buttons for over 3 minutes and still nothing. It’s just over a year old and I can’t afford to replace it. I hate that things only last for a year! Please tell me there’s something I can do about it before I resort to a normal old watch. Thanks!
