My Versa stopped syncing with both my iPhone and iPad a few days ago. After trying various troubleshooting tips, I tried to restart by pushing both back and bottom buttons. When that didn’t work the help site said to go to settings and shut down my Versa which I did successfully. However it says to turn it back on push the start button and nothing happens. I no longer have any power ( have tried charging - does nothing). Now my Versa is useless! Help!

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? I'm happy to know that your device turned on after trying some troubleshooting steps, thanks for your effort and patience. Fitbit devices use your mobile device information to display the time with the syncing process, therefore, by simply syncing your Versa it should display the correct time.
That said, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
