Versa not turning on after update

I have had my Versa for about 14 months now.  The day after a firmware update in August, it died.  I had a nearly full batter in the morning and noticed later in the day it was dead.  Screen was black, it stopped syncing to my phone, and I couldn't get it to turn on after charging it.  I have since searched the help forum to try to troubleshoot it myself.  I have attempted: *holding in just the left side button for 20 plus seconds

*Holding in the left side button and the bottom button for 20 plus seconds

*Holding in the left side button and the top button for 20 plus seconds

*Holding in all 3 buttons for 15 seconds, 20 seconds and then all the way up to 3 minutes

MULTIPLE attempts over multiple days with the above steps and it doesn't do anything.  The screen remains black and it still won't sync.  I've held the buttons down for 3 minutes, until my fingers ache! The Fitbit logo is suppose to pop up, disappear, then vibrate.  Problem is the Fitbit logo never even pops up.  I've tried waiting to let the battery drain, I've tried to do the reset after it's drained for a couple weeks, letting it drain a couple weeks and then connecting it to the charger, and I've attempted the reset after several hours on the charger. I have spent HOURS over multiple days searching the help forum and trying all the different suggestions of people who got theirs to turn back on. I have 2 different chargers, and my husband has the same exact watch, and I've connected his watch to both of the chargers and they both charge his watch.  I've tried cleaning the battery charging area on the back of the watch with a little bit of alcohol on a q-tip and cleaning the gold posts on both of the chargers themselves.  I have never swam with my Versa, I take it off for showers, I remove it after washing my hands to dry off any splashes that got on it/underneath it, and I have worn a nice bumper with screen protector on it since the day I got it and it still looks brand new so it is well taken care of.  Does anyone have any suggestions for something that I haven't tried yet?

This sounds almost exactly like my experience with my Versa, too. Extremely disappointed.

I am also having the same issue😭 I too tried all of the troubleshooting tactics and still just a black screen... I loved my Versa!

I used the live chat and they just walked me through the same troubleshooting steps and said there was nothing more they could do....
