Versa not turning on and over heating

Last night my versa ran out of battery suddenly as it should of had a fair amount of battery left. I then plugged it into charge but it started to over heat to the point of not being able to touch it. And won't turn on or restart or reset it won't do anything .this is the first time this has happened

Hi, take your Versa out of the charger asap and contact Customer Service , also asap.

As soon as it started over heating I took it out of the charger
