I bought my fitbit versa back in October 2018, so its now out of warranty. Last week, it stopped tracking my sleep. So, I did a forced shutdown to fix the issue. Then, I noticed the pulse tracker was not working properly as it was showing high pulse all the time. I did a factory reset, hoping it will solve the issue. After this, I downloaded the new update as well and synced my versa with the app. The pulse meter stopped working. I waited for 2 days and there was no change. It kept showing red light. I adjusted the watch on my wrist as well.
I then decided to again factory reset. Post this, my watch is not turning back on. I've charged it for over 24 hours. It is unresponsive. I have pressed the 3 buttons & the 2 buttons for over 5 mins each. Nothing is helping
Pls suggest!
