My fitbit versa died so I plugged it in as usual and waited for it to charge back up. The device is not responsive, the screen will turn on as a grey when moved but will not showe any statistics or even the home screen. I can not reset it nor can I interact with the device at all. It was syncing at first, still reading heart rate but now isnt syncing.
Following! Mine did the same thing a couple weeks ago, but it was at about 50% battery. It didn't die, just went to a blank screen. Nothing shows up on the screen, so I can't reset it & it quit syncing as well.
