Hey - I put my versa on charge two days ago and when I went to put it back on it hadn't charged it's still not charging or turning in I have tried in different plugs in house and nothing - can anyone help with this? Thanks

Hi @LaurenDon , try restarting your Versa several times and see if that solves the problem. When not, do a Factory Reset. Probably after two days of charging, your battery is overloaded and heated, in the last case call Customer Support. Regards kuzibri

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch again for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
