Versa not turning on or charging

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I’ve tried every reboot option there is that I’ve seen (pressing all three buttons for 3-5 minutes). Just keeps flashing the 0% battery every time I try. I’ve tried replacing my charger, different outlets, and cleaning the back of my versa. Nothing. I really don’t want to have to buy another one as it’s out of warranty. It was working fine until about a week and a half ago. Got a notification saying the battery was low, placed it on the charger all night, and it died and now won’t turn on at all.

Same problem here... plus a faulty strap to go with it... have had no luck with customer service so I’m hoping for a resolution on this...

I’ve tried all of those troubleshooting tips multiple times. I’m really not sure what to do from here.

My Versa died as well. I replaced the charger, held the 3 buttons, cleaned it. I’ve had it for 9 months. What can I do?
