Hi
My one year old Versa is not powering on. I tried charging it but don't know if it is charging as the display does not work even when I tap the screen. I cleaned the charging points both on the device and charging dongle to see if it is work but unfortunately it still does not work
In fact the battery performance was detonating rapidly from 4 days per charge to under 2 days per charge
Any advise would be helpful.

Hi @tkvardi , before calling Customer Support about your battery problem, first try restarting your Versa several times by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. Probably this will not solve the problem, but that willbe their first question when you call them. Regards kuzibri

Regarding the charging issues that your Versa is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they sent you an email with some instructions recently. Please reply to their email in order to follow up and assist you accordingly.
