Versa not turning on

Hi, switched off my 5 months old versa yesterday night at around 20% battery.

When i tried turing it on in the morning it doesnt does on. Tried connecting with the charger. Nothing.

Tried restarting several times. Versa vibrated once then i saw the green light, but nothing on the screen.

After that no light or vibration or anything on my versa.

Sync was also not working.

Update: After about 30 mins of charging, sync work fine.but no display on the tracker. Its just blank. App showed battery at 47.
