I have my Versa for 2 years and it's acting up lately. Normally battery life would last about 3-4 days, however, lately, after about 8-9 hours, battery would be gone. I had to charge it more than twice each day. I tried to turn off some functions (use Fitbit clockface, turn off some notifications, etc), no change. Then couple of days ago, I plugged it in the charger before I went to bed, however, when I woke up, the watch gone dead. Tried restarting by pressing left and right bottom button for at least 10 seconds for several times. No use. Tried recharging it for couple of hours again using another outlet and via computer. No use.
Please help.

Same here. I at least was able to charge my versa 3 times a day and get by, but the customer service rep just convinced me to factory reset and now it's black... Dead.
