Wont connect after I reset my versa. Need help

Hi, regarding updating to the newest Firmware, see this guide. Just replace "My Versa" with "Your Versa". With regards to not connecting, see this article about setting up your Versa.

@Jnstckl165 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not connecting or updating after resetting it.

 

I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if your Versa could be updated after following the troubleshooting steps that shared @SunsetRunner.

 

In the meantime, please make sure that your phone has the most recent app version installed.
