Versa not updating exercise but active mins are there

My Fitbit versa has been tracking my exercise for months and the last three days, NOTHING! I do cardio everyday and weightlifting and it usually tracks it but it hasn’t. I have uninstalled the app, the device and re set the device. Any suggestions????

The app updated today and everything has reset back to normal! Thanks for your help!

@Amby63 are you talking about exercise autorecognition? Have you tried toggling OFF and back ON the exercises you want the smarttrack to autorecognize?

Yes I have tried that and it is still not updating, I have no record of workouts since Thursday and have worked out everyday and still is not updating

@Amby63 I'm assuming you tried rebooting your tracker several times (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears)? If this did not help, please try restoring your Versa to factory defaults (performing a factory reset). This will wipe your Versa, so please sync first. You will also need to delete your tracker from your Paired Devices list in your phone Bluetooth settings. You can perform factory reset by going to Settings on your Versa, scrolling down to About and tapping Factory Reset. Once Versa resets to factory defaults, you will need to set it up again in the Fitbit mobile app. Good luck!

@Amby63 Awesome! So it was just a matter of syncing back from the Fitbit servers. Data was still present in the cloud. I'm glad your tracker is back on... track. 😂🤗
