Versa not updating/screen not working

I’ve had my versa for 2.5 years and it randomly stopped working yesterday evening. I have a firmware update which keeps failing. I have tried every single troubleshooting option and nothing works. The screen just constantly displays either the fitbit logo or says download the app to begin. I don’t know what else to do!

Hi, @Melagnahopz - The update may have partially worked. In the Fitbit App, click profile photo and "Set up a new Device" and ss if it recognises it.

I have tried that already. I unpaired my device, removed it from bluetooth, uninstalled the fitbit app and then reinstalled everything as if I was starting from scratch and ot still doesn’t work. I don’t know what else to do?

Just wanted to add that my FitBit died last night, too! It was a replacement I had for only 3 months after receiving warranty replacement on my last Versa 2. Something tells me they issued a firmware killing update without our permission!
